How to Online earning

About my story. In the scenic town of Wase, nestled in the heart of Plateau State, a young boy named Muhammad Ameenu Abubakar was born on September 27, 2005. The locals would say that the stars aligned in his favor that day, for Ameenu was destined for greatness.

Growing up in Wase, Ameenu was surrounded by the rolling hills and vast plains of the Nigerian countryside. He spent his childhood exploring the outdoors, learning the ways of the land, and developing a strength and resilience that would serve him well in the years to come.

As he entered his teenage years, Ameenu's curiosity and thirst for knowledge grew. He devoured books from the local library, attended seminars, and engaged in lively debates with his peers. His passion for learning was contagious, and soon he became known as the "Strong Man" of Wase - not just for his physical strength, but for his unwavering determination and unshakeable optimism.

In 2020, Ameenu set his sights on Bauchi State University Gadau, one of the most prestigious institutions in the region. He was determined to make a name for himself, to achieve greatness, and to bring pride to his community.

As a student at BASUG, Ameenu threw himself into his studies with characteristic zeal. He excelled in his courses, consistently earning top grades and accolades. But he didn't stop there. He sought out opportunities to grow, to learn, and to lead. He became a mentor to his peers, a leader in student organizations, and a shining example of excellence.

And then, the moment of truth arrived. The day of the prestigious Gold Award ceremony, where the best of the best would be recognized. Ameenu's heart raced with anticipation as he took his seat, surrounded by his peers and professors.

The envelope was opened, and the announcer's voice boomed through the hall. "And the Gold Award goes to... Muhammad Ameenu Abubakar!" The room erupted in cheers and applause as Ameenu made his way to the stage, a beaming smile on his face.

This morning, my wife showed me a video from Instagram of one of our clients, a General Overseer of a very big Church in Lagos, handing out cash gifts, bags of rice and other goodies to members of his church. I was proud.

We have a Pukena Driver and Chef attached to his household. He is one of the best clients we have. All our staff attached to his household are enjoying.

We are privileged to have some of your top celebrities, influencers, CEOs, private

.....

I train all my staff to think like entrepreneurs. Both internal and outsourced staff are shown the roadmap to one day own their own businesses. I share my secrets and story with them with joy.

One of my earliest staff now runs a successful outsourcing company in Lagos like I do.

I don't see them as competition. Infact the other day, I ranted here how I wish there are more recruiters who can create more jobs.

I will soon launch a course on Pukena Academy platform, "How to Start a Recruitment Agency".

The idea of Pukena is that you can start today as a skilled professional such as driver, housekeeper, caregiver, etc but just like me who was once a driver but today owns a leading outsourcing company, anyone can become a business owner.

It's best to start a business in the area you have worked for so long. That makes you an authority in that field.

This morning, one of my housekeepers who handles two locations and earns almost 200k per month working 3 times a week told me she now runs her own cleaning agency. She was proposing to replace herself with her own staff and manage them directly while we pay her.

I politely turned down her offer at the same time happy for her ingenuity.

I love people who think of leverage. Business is all about leverage. I was once a driver but can only earn what I can earn by myself. But I later leveraged on other people's time to build a system where I can manage over 5000 drivers and domestic staff while earning far more WITHOUT necessarily driving again. That's business!

If you are working somewhere now, don't just be contented with your pay. Study the system. Learn the processes. Plan your future. Plan to be your own boss one day doing what you know through LEVERAGE.

This is how you get rich!!
